Country road
This painting was done in plein air at one of my favorite spots near my home here in Utah. The composition is one of my favorites, with a road leading your eye into a sunlit area. It kind of makes the viewer ask, what's around those trees? It is painted on carton', a resin coated cardboard that is lightweight and perfect for carrying into the field.
