McPolin Reflected
In the winter of 2022-23 we had record snowfall in Utah. The ski resorts rejoiced but other neighborhoods dealt with snow tunnels from driveway to house. In the spring, the creeks overflowed and created some interesting sites. I happened to be scouting for places to paint and discovered this cool reflection of the iconic McPolin barn, just on the outskirts of ParkCity, in the flooded creek. I've painted and photographed this barn in all types of weather but have never seen it this way. This painting is framed in a gold floater frame.
